Professional Certified Coach (PCC)
Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential holders are trained (125+ hours) and experienced (500+ hours) trainers. They have demonstrated knowledge and competent application of the core competencies, code of ethics and the ICF definition of coaching. Winners demonstrate a commitment to high ethical standards and have demonstrated, through rigorous assessments, competency in using a variety of behaviors and skills in their work with clients. The PCC must be renewed every three years.
